Dear Faculty Member: Please use the Rotation Evaluation Form below to evaluate the TPSGP student who rotated in your lab recently. Without this form we will be unable to submit your grade for the semester. The final transcript grade will be satisfactory or unsatisfactory. Each student will present their findings in a seminar to their lab members which GSC members are able to attend. Thank you for your participation in the mentoring and teaching of our new students.
